Mr. Zenghua Ye, President

Mr. Zenghua Ye started his career at the Beijing Motor Corporation in the late 1970's. He was one of the lead engineer at Beijing Jeep, the first Sino-Western joint venture auto company, established in Beijing in 1984. Mr. Ye has over thirty years of experience in the Chinese automobile industry, and has worked with a wide range of original equipment mannufacturers in the supply chain. Mr. Ye is experienced in providing engineering due dilligence service, government relations advice, and partnership identification service to clients. Mr. Ye obtained his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Dan Ye, Senior Advisor

Mr. Dan Ye joined Sinautec in 2006. Mr. Dan Ye has extensive experience working with China related patents and technology transfer issues. Aside from his functions as an advisor to Sinautec, Mr. Dan Ye is currently the executive director of Sinautec Automobile Technologies L.L.C., an Arlington, Virgina based affiliate company that engages in the research and development of ultracapacitor powered electric vehicles. Mr. Dan Ye obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University, and his Jurist Doctorate degree from the Ohio State University
